*none remains in the final product because it reacts with the oils and turns into soap in a process called saponification. This is how all real soap is made. If it's not made via saponification, it's not real soap, it's a synthetic detergent.

I have REALLY dry skin. Other soaps makes that worse, but I started using SMOC a few months ago, its so different from other soaps. My skin doesn't feel painfully dry after a shower anymore, I love it!
LOVE YOUR SOAP
I'm older and my skin is quite dry, with patchy, flaky areas. Since starting to use this Ultra Moisturizing bar, the scaliness and itching is gone. I don't even need to put on lotion after a shower! It's truly just a great product.
I had to give it a full week of use to be absolutely sure that the effects were real. I have dry but sensitive skin and most soaps cause me to react, so when I use a that doesn't I stick with it. So I've used the same commercial soap for over 30 years and just slather myself w lotion. This moisturizing soap was fantastic. It left my skin feeling soft but with no film and it didn't battle with the lotion I put on after wards. My skin has felt smoother after showers. It lathers well. I even used it on my face. This was a great find.
I used to deal with a few daily issues like dry skin, rough patches, dullness, and soap bars that never lasted long. After trying the Ultra Moisturizing Soap, everything felt different in a really good way. The soap feels gentle and leaves my skin soft and refreshed. This is really good soap.. moisturizes well and forms good lather too.. The skin doesn’t feel dry after use and the best thing is it does not give the feeling of some product left on your skin even after repeated washing like some other moisturizing soap do. Overall a must have for winters😍😍

I live in Central Africa where my skin is often exposed to harsh weather conditions. For the past 25 years I've used many skin products; some containing Vitamin C alpha hydroxy acids, and many other ingredients that are supposedly excellent skin moisturizers. I've visited spas all over the world and have spent quite a lot of money on products containing snail mucin, exotic muds, sakura cherry blossoms to name a few. Now at 65, I have to pay much more attention to my skin and I am extremely lucky to have discovered S.M.O.C soaps. It is the best soap I've ever used. Absolutely love this soap. Not drying like most other eczema soaps I've tried. In fact, it's the opposite, my skin feels looks and feels better after I shower with this soap.
Been using this soap for a few years now. Finally leaving a review. This soap works. I had very dry skin and scaly eczema patches. All the stuff I tried before didn't work. it took several weeks but this soap healed my skin. No way I'll go back to the stuff that I used to use. having eczema sucks so i hope it works for you too.
I can't say my eczema is gone, but it's A LOT better than when i started using this soap 3 months ago. I'm actually surprised at the improvement. Will stick with it.

Thick lather that feels very luxurious and moisturizing
Was tired of using steroid creams on my daughter and didn't want to use more prescription drugs so we tried this. So glad we did! The itching and dryness are gone and the scaly patch on her leg is almost gone and that's after about 2 months. The soap is gentle, totally free of chemicals and very very moisturizing and I think that's just what her skin needed.
I didn't think a bar soap could be this moisturizing but this soap has really surprised me. Better for my super dry skin than any body wash or bar soap that i've tried. it really is different from anything else.
This soap has really helped my 8-year old daughter's eczema. We also tried the eczema therapy soap and liked it but we prefer this one.

I was skeptical but after about 3 weeks I'm seeing better than expected results for my eczema. Except for one troublesome area on my leg, my itchiness is pretty much gone. Very pleased with how my skin is looking and with how long the bars last compared to other soaps.
No artificial fragrance, chemical additives, or mystery chemicals of any kind. That's what attracted me initially. Then was blown away by how moisturizing this soap is. Totally different from other soaps I've used. Less lather but the card explains why that's good. My skin is so grateful.
